He sat there in the boat in shock with the letter his dad gave him. You could just begin to see the sun rise. He couldn’t believe what had just occurred. Buff and mean looking men had suddenly came to his house knocking on his door. When his dad looked and saw what was occurring his face turned whiter than a ghost. He ran into the house and came out with a letter. The dad hurriedly gave it to his son saying “get into the boat and go, son.” He tried to look reassuring as he said “don’t worry, I will be okay. As his son turned and ran he could hear the door being slammed open in the distance. His dad turned and yelled “GO” before running into the house. The kid ran as fast as he could and hit the throttle. He sped into the distance. The sound of the motor was drowning out the fight at his house. An hour later he sat there in disbelief. He finally opened the letter which said:

Kiddo, if you’re reading this I am probably in trouble. They are looking for the secrets to find the relics of the seven seas. To find these relics you will need to go to our beach home in the Caribbean. There will be many others looking for relics of the seas. Not all will be your friends. You can use our ship to trade with and the submarine to look for the relics. When you find the relics you will also get the key to unlock your future. Good Luck, Kiddo.

The kid sat there for awhile thinking. He was afraid but determined. He wanted to follow his fathers orders. He set the motorboat on route to his beach home. The sun was becoming brighter in the distance. This gave him hope as he was preparing for the long and hard journey ahead.
