Haypi adventures
Water crashed against the hull of ship. Water. The captain looked to the horizon He could see his home port... Water. Another wave drove against the side of the ship sending some of the sailors flying. Swish water flew across the ship.
Faint words began to sound out from the deck .
"To my,
Ay,"
Crack. A lightning bolt lit the sky. The chanting began again
"And we'll furl,
Ay,
And pay Paddy Doyle for his boots."
Crack. Lightning and water are flooding the sky and the ship the men began to chant louder bringing ere spirits up again. They were in the environment they loved. Salty water and the wind all around. The adrenalin of fighting against the most powerful waves known to man.
"We'll sing,
Ay,
And we'll heave,
Ay,
And we'll hang Paddy Doyle for his boots.
We'll heave,
Ay,
And we'll swing,
Ay,
And we'll all drink brandy and gin."
Closing in on the port now. Twenty foot Walls tower above them as the ship raced through the opening in the wall. Moss and mold grew around the bottom of the wall where it met the water. Thud thud thud wad the sound of the waves beating over and over. And then it went silent.
Ping. A coin flipped in the captains hand. One price of eight 7 to go...
Haypi adventures two
A pirate wondered the deck mumbling
"Yo, ho, haul together,
hoist the colors high.
Heave ho, thieves and beggars,
never shall we die."
The sun was bouncing up from the calm ocean as his small sailing boat slowly found it's way through the water. He had lost everything but what he had now searching what the things of old.
"stupid land lubbers don't know anything... Relics, pieces of eight, ancient jewels, items of god, whatever you call them" the sailors voice was corse and rough coughing after every second word...
" I lost everything to them, I found all but the last one then my ship was wrecked in that ...." he stopped talking realising for the 2nd time that day he was alone.
You see my friends this is the story of a pirate who searched for what the stories say are 8 pieces of old. History says they were found before but never for long. A century here a few years there. However long they appear for it always comes about that they are lost again. Now in our day and age not many believe of them but they know the stories. Past the disguise most captains are searching for them and it's on so long before they are found, over blood and fire they will be claimed again.
