Two short ones I made. Please rate x/10 as in the other ones.
I had been dreaming about it for years. The 8 relics, opening the gateway to the future. The voyagers who had gone searching, some never heard of again, others returned, shipwrecked or insane. I only had one question for myself. Can I do it?

I had first read about it in the papers, 8 artifacts that the king would pay highly for. A bundle of gold I could use, I had been living by the docks for a couple of years now. At first I thought it was just gibberish, the king finally has gone insane. But then the voyagers, taking of to the sea’s in search of these old pieces of rock. There was even a myth going around that it with all 8 pieced, you gained the power to open a gateway to the future. It can’t be too hard; besides, I’ve been a sailor for years now.
