HAYPI ADVENTURES Episode 1: The Prologue: A Boy's Hope
In a land called Haypi, there has always been constant fighting between the cities but some have created alliances with which they protect each other. Recently the race has begun for resources and more importantly the 8 priceless treasures found only in the oceans. His Majesty, King Tateron, has decreed many citizens to move themselves to the coast and establish ports there. A young boy of about 16 named Garren is caught up in the activity and winds up going to the port of Widewind. His parents were killed in the fighting amongst cities by a brutal alliance thats only goal was to conquer all those weaker than them. They were mercilessly taken out of his life 5 years ago. Since then, he has been forced to farm and mine and do various other jobs for people around the city he lived in. He barely survived for those 5 years and did not have the normal, fun childhood he watched others have. When he saw the posters of a chance at a new life working the ports, he knew that he must go there. He said to himself, "This could be my break! I can finally become rich! And have power! And finally get revenge on the people who killed my parents..." With that thought in mind, he arrives in Widewind hoping to find at least one of the 8 mysterious treasures that would not only unlock the future of the kingdom, but a future for a boy denied a normal life and is starving on a regular basis, a future for a boy who has no future.......
