I own the image. I could easily create a vector texture of this as well, not using an image at all... just saved time for proofing purposes

Have to say, all 3 of those are more than adequate for a professional logo.
Naturally they'd be tweaked etc but the general idea and the logo itself are great.
I couldn't decide which one looks best. I'd like one most, then like another more.
