Which program did you used for 3d logos? I cant design in 3d mode. I have to create the 3d effect in 2d mode. by making one by one all the 3d effects.

I saw a logo of yours with the hp as 3d in orange blue colors. I want to have such rounded edges in 3d. My 3d mode doesn't give me rounded edges (edge fillets). So which one do you think it's better to design 3s shapes with rounded edges and not line edges?? I use only corel draw.

r u talking about the HP Black&yellow blue background? emm.. i know nothing about corel draw but what i did with HP B&Y 3D is i use firework cs5 to create a Vector with sharp edge and rounded corner in HD size 800x800 then import to PS cs5 resize it down, rotate and copy (54)x layer well many layer as u want it to look 3d (i dont use 3D mode) then merge all layer together but original and move the original layer to the top and edited each H & P color using Gradient overlayer try not to use brush tools. so you should get Adobe photoshop cs5 u can get it free trial from adobe site try it :) MSG me if u need anything

I can't understand a thing from what you said. A 2d design doesn't have edges . How did you made the rounded edges without using 3d mode? I can design the same thing in just one minute but I will have only sharp edges. Pm me your msn if you like. I only have msn.

Re: Haypi Logo Design - by Thailand

Vorkan, imagine a square. If you duplicated it and moved it slightly up about 50 times, it would look 3d, as long as the very top layer was a different color as all the others. That is one way to do it. You could also use illustrator..xD

Oh and Bluehair..I wrote that at the top of my logos as a self reminder to stop making them lol. Not support. I was just talking in the third person
