Winners of Haypi Logo Design Competition

And I cannot sleep at night because I just see no reasons why I am not even third place. Can a member of the haypi staff please tell me why my logos were not as good as say the smiley face one. I just want some justifiable reasons so I can know that my logo just was not cheesy, pixely, circular etc. enough.

Calm down buddy i feel no different as u r when i first know which design won the competition lol he have 1 design and we all have like 10s design so much effort but a dude with 1 effort won lol but its just a competition buddy we all learn something out of it i never design logos before i've seen my self that i do have some skills for logo design :p i think lol so yeah dont beat ur self over a small price ok buddy it was a good time being in competition with u guys

I have to say that when i first saw his logo - before the anouncement of course - my first thought was... "what a clever idea"!!!! He deserves the first prize!! Logos dont have to be complex and full of effects. Simple ideas always win! It was really a nice sompetition! And i have to say guys that this is the real market!! YOu may be the most talended graphist but this isnt mean that you are gonna have always the right idea.

iRook, they chose what design they thought would best represent their company. Complaining over the results afterwards because yours weren't picked does not reflect nicely onto your character or maturity. They simply chose the ones they liked and thought represented their company in the way they wanted to be seen. It's highly unlikely they'll send out a message to everyone who wasn't in the placings (and there were many besides you) why you weren't selected. Just please, move on and don't stress over it. It's not like they'll change their decision anyways.

Don't worry guys, I feel the same about not even getting a 3rd place, after seeing all the other entries I felt pretty confident that I'd be going somewhere, which is kinda weird cause I'm usually quite negative. Seeing as I've never won an art competition why should I have hoped to do any good in this one? Ah well, I guess hope is all we have in the end.
