You can't do anything if it's already "perfect", but you can do a lot with what you know looks bad.

I like the ones with the gold letters. However, the font is dreadfully boring. Switch it up a little try and find a font and bevel that will really make you say, "hey, that's a nice corporate logo!" you know what I mean? Best of luck, Shade.
