This logo depicts a man with a pike. It's a clean and subtle design that conveys a message of heroism.

Looks more like a movie set microphone then a pike. Maybe you could get rid of the odd wire that seems to be wrapped around it. Also, pikes are like spears, not pickaxes. The U shape at the bottom of the pike doesn't fit. Other than quips, I like it.

Most pikes actually have a stabilizer at the bottom to help soften the blow of a cav charging at you. The line was actually connected to a flag at the end, however I thought that was a bit too much, but I decided to keep the line anyways as it helps break-up the straight line.
