No say bloom is 2 tiers below patta, it’s not that much worse, it’s just a defensive patta.

Also psychoe should be at least A tier as it basically has no weakness from its legend talent and it’s really easy to get

- Santa Elk (He might be worth the A tier, have to play around with his new mutation)
- PC-03Mind
- Demi-Lich. (Might be worth A or more with his new mutation coming)
- Amperor (Paired with a monster that can inflict bleed, he'll be good, otherwise Blazing is way way way better)
