Last pig coin on island

On map 12 theres a quest to find pig coins, the last one is on an island with a portal, which yellow portal do i enter to get there, the pig coin location is (43,37)

Answer: All you guys have to do is go through Gorge Hathpace(38,45) again in Map 12. It will take you to the island.
