Yes, you can get ten of them from ice clan. There's another one in a giftbox in Rainforest Ranka's sea. To get there, you need to go in the sea in Churun Forest and find the portal. The other one I remember is a trapdoor in Fertile Field. There's a wall with a torch on it. Click on it! You will find some unique bead fragments there.
