Transporting resources between cities is bugged.

Send max resources from one city to the other.
Wait till it arrives. (Do not switch cities, just watch timer go to 0)
Try to send more.
You can't....

If you switch cities, then back, the transports become available again, but without switching between cities, you can't send more from that city.

Crop bug still there.

I sent 900K crop to my main.
After the crop arrived, I switched to my main city. (Maybe 5 seconds later)
Now I only had 800K crop left.

Where did the 100K missing crop go? (This is a symptom of the crop bug)

It's still bugged, and causing issues.
I'm aware the field length changed to 2460 or around there somewhere, but the issue I ran into was not from increased field length. It's from the crop bug.

I think, the longer you are logged in while starved, and the more negative your crops production is, the worse this gets.

Not all players able to help other alliance members.

We have had several alliance members start a new build, and it never posts to the alliance help page.

VIP change took things away from some players.

If you bought a long VIP pass so you could get double tech upgrade slots, more activity hits, etc...
You lost those with this new VIP system.

So, the person who paid for coins, then used those coins to buy VIP, isn't getting what they originally paid for.
Instead, they either need to now spend even more coins to up the level of VIP, or wait till point accumulate to where they can get those benefits back.

Can I suggest that the new VIP should at MINIMAL give the same level of benefits as the original VIP did since that is what people paid for?
This seems like a mistake, but it's causing some people to get upset because they are not getting what they paid for.

It's half working.
Yes, it shows double troop count for the individual troops, but the total troop count on top is not changed, and that makes it super easy for someone to tell if it's a bluff or not.

Meaning if I had 1 pikeman.
With bluff it shows 2, but would still show just 1 in the total troop count at the top of the scout window.

It's simply not worth 10 coins if it can be that easily figured out.



Yes this error exists, it will be improved in next server updates.

Leadership blessing doesn't work either.

No change in the amount of troops I can send to attack with that buff activated.



We will look into the two aspects ASAP. We will keep you informed as soon as there is any confirmation about existence of glitches.

If a countdown is less than 5 mins, it will say "Free". We can instantly finish the building.
If it takes over 5 mins, there will be an icon to request for help. If it is 00:05:30, for example, and the player asks for help,it will give allies no time to see the request before he can tap "Free" to instantly finish the building.


Our questions are:
1. what did the countdown say when those players tapped "help" icon?
2.Were they from different regions?
3. were there any factors you suspect that caused this?

Hi Chicagoguy,

We looked into the crop thing, and found there is no glitch in it. The reason you saw 100k crops missing at the same time is that crops cannot refresh in time, though they are consumed by your troops each second. You may calculate yourself about the consumption too. The amount of crops consumed each hour by a troop unit is same with amout of population it consumes in training.

I know how to figure out crop consumption.
When I send crop to a city that starved, I should not instantly loose that amount of crop.
When I send 900K crop and a few seconds after I added it, it drops to 800k, that's not right and it's a bug.
In that case, I lost 100K crop in a matter of a few seconds.

In order to lose 100k crop that fast (5 seconds), I would need 72 million troops.
I do not have 72 million troops in my city.

This is a bug.

Various "bugs"

I'm sending an email to support regarding this in more detail and its serious ramifications, but the basics I'll post for all:

The communication and refreshing of data to/from the app to/from the server is extremely PROBLEMATIC. It is a FAIL by all basic standards of IT.

This problem is behind many issues the players face in the game including but not limited to:

- crashing
- troop loss due to all of the issues
- disappearing crop
- inaccurate map energy count
- Daily tasks not updating
- settings not saving (eg. barracks defense)
- market carriers unavailable after completion of transport
- Blessing cards not taking effect
- Other buffs and effects and stat bonuses given by heroes.

What I see on the screen must be true and accurate. That is basically what it's about. This should be a high priority task to rework and fix. Your (honest) players are hesitant to spend more money when they know the system will lose their money for them.
