Could you please re-login the game and check again? If the transferred resources still fail to show up, please send an inquiry to
rotksupport@haypi.com with the following info:
1. what is your game version.
2. did you have any troops in the new city
3. what was your new city's crop output (positive or negative)
4. an estimated time of the transfer action and speed-up operation
5. what was the warehouse capacity and level in your new city
6. was your new city being attacked during the period
With more details, it'll be easier for us to recreate the issue so that we will be able to check for it.
