Error healing not yet unlocked

A new building-Hospital and its relevant function have been introduced in Version 1.0.2. We've integrated and expanded Healing tech into a new feature thus there's no healing tech anymore.
Please update your game version to the newest and keep a close eye on our "Updates" section, we'll share all version updates and activities with you guys and girls.
