Lost item messages

I have received system messages with lost items attached, but cannot receive item. Click on the tab and a message pops up that the action failed. I have about 15 message so far.

Could you please take a screenshot of the error message or tell us what it says on the error message? That would help us identify the issue.

Disenchant some of the white and green gear or use the resources in your bag to make space.
