Warping

When I went to warp to a new location today, it said that I had already moved 1 time today and it will cost 50 more coins.
I have NOT warped in a few days, so my city hasn't moved at all.
When I did warp, it was to a temp location to attack a mine, then I was going to warp back to my original location.
I was SHOCKED to see that the warp back costs 100 coins. The original message did NOT say the next warp would cost 100 coins.
So for me to warp to the mine, attack it, then warp back, cost me 150 coins total. In the past, this was only 100 coins.
This seems wrong and a total waste of my coins.
Why did this get more expensive?
That's a little over $10 in coins, and NOT worth it.
If the $99 coin pack was 10,000 coins, it might be worth it, but the high cost of the coins and the amount of coins used everywhere else in this game is making the game way to costly to play.
