Notifications II

These are additional suggestions for notifications (in-game and offline) to the ones given in the beta section:

- WR ending soon (perhaps 2 hrs advance notice for 12-hr WR and 24 hrs advance notice for 7-day WR.)

- Resource and Levy Enhancements have ended (in-game alert with icon and nice sound).
- Hospital done healing troops. (in-game alert with icon and nice sound).

- Reminder that Level Rush Reward has only "___" days remaining. in-game)

- Repeat request: Attack alerts (with sound) that can be seen on top of all screens! I am tired of being attacked when composing a letter and not know it because it can't be seen! Or if you at least make it have a sound as well, then that would be fine, I don't need to see it on top.

And very importantly for offline notifications the need to have SOUND!! why are they silent? I check my settings and I have sound turned on for all Haypi games notifications.

Most of the above should be optional, with the ability to turn them on or off.
