Market Suggestions

1. Ability to cancel a trade after getting sold. This can come at a cost of gold or silver to the player who cancels.
2. Raise or eliminate price cap. If not, at least raise price cap for rare resources.
3. Miles column in market. Show the distance away from buying city for each item so we may make better choices on which resource to choose to buy.
4. Silver trade button that will collect all finished silver trades at once. When the market Details tab fill up with items, these silver trades at the bottom are more difficult and time-consuming to collect.
