A version for all iOS devices

The beta worked on all ios versions. But the RTM version now in the iTunes store is limited to ios6 and up. Have you decided to cut off everyone that owns iPad 1's or iPhone 3's that can't update past ios5.1.1 and any device that's still running that an iOS version below 6?
Don't you think everyone should be given the choice to play?
