Where is in game support?

I'm a new player now of 7 days.
Many many have joined and quit the game in even my 7 days.
I have witnessed this in my alliance.
Something that keeps getting said a lot is "why won't support answer me!?".
I agree !
7 days in and happy to have spent $100, but I too have had many many mails to support go u responded.
Truthfully I would have spent more in this game were the shop not glitching 23hrs a day.
Also I have now got consecutive login for 7 days, vip streak seven days, but somehow only have one day on my new player special consecutive login.. You know the one where u end up with Cedamy.
Keep mailing and getting no replies.
Support is crucial to a game, people will be reluctant to spend if they are unsure they will receive help when they need it.
