Not Unlocked Yet

I used to experience intense farming when I was a lower level; therefore, I moved my base for a whopping fifty coins. My new base is in the area colored by abandoned oases, which brings me to my questions:

1. What level/prestige rank do you have to be to unlock abandoned oases?
2. What level/prestige rank do you have to be to unlock villages?
3. Or are they even able to be unlocked yet?

Not being able to use the resources around you is a pain. Thanks for all your help!

Hi there,

As all players are throwing their efforts into the progress of the World Tasks and sending the world into more advanced stages, the layout of the World Map will change correspondingly. When the World Tasks reach a certain milestone, the abandoned oases/mines would be restored to what they used to be. New features can be unlocked as the World Tasks progress.
