Scout Report issue
When scouting certain tiles such as Advanced oases and Castles, the initial scout will have inaccuracies. Troops in the city/oases will not be accurately portrayed in the scout report. Things that may be a factor are sever turnover time and poor connectivity.
As of now, more often than not, I must scout a castle TWO times to be sure it is accurate. It's possible this happens for all castles that have recently been attacked (within previous 24 hours).

Image 2 shows the bottom part of the same scout report. Notice the difference from the turret count at the top of the report and the turret count at the bottom of the report.
