Dispatch bug still there

I just lost a LOT of troops to a dispatch bug.

Sent troops from a Manor to my main city.

5 Heros - All arrived
~50K Archers - All arrived
4100 Cats - Gone
13K Hoplites - Gone

Also lost troops during the 9.12 upgrade
Lost ~5000 cats and 10K hops to that one.

In 9.11
Lost 3000 Cats, 15K archers, and 8K hops in crop bugs.

Making it hard to build up and test the higher level things.. Like Dragon Cave...

There needs to be in-game support for getting things like this back.
