Unlimited Cities
It appears that either the text is wrong when you upgrade your title, or this is broken.
You text might say "You can now occupy 5 cities" (You only see this when you upgrade your title)
But, in reality, it seems you can take as many as you want.
Does that mean you can BUILD 5 cities with the build card for 200 coins?
Do Manors, Villages, and castles not count as cities for that limit?
Is it 5 of each kind of city? (5 castles, 5 manors, 5 villages, 5 built, etc..)
I tested this, and I'm higher than the limit they posted. The system indeed let me take extra manors and castles.
This seems like a bug, but I'm not sure since there really isn't much documentation on this subject.
If I'm not supposed to have more cities than the text says, please let me know what my limit is, and give me the option to drop cities so I can get back down the the correct number.
