Resource Enhancement indicators

This post regarding Sulfur Mine in player city:
See attached images.
Sulfur Mine is enhanced as shown in images but on the Resource Overview window, the little "up arrow" icon does not light.

Regarding House production of silver:
See images.
Select Item window (photo 3) shows time remaining for enhancement (Enhance Duration), but Resource Overview (photo 5) shows no enhancement . Also, House window "up arrow" does not light (photo 4).
Have not investigated to determine if House is actually enhanced or not at this time.

More examples of problems with enhancement of Silver/levy production in houses.
Both of these are from different manors. I forgot which is which, but one of them I purchased a 1-day card and the other a 7-day card. Neither one shows the correct duration of enhancement. In fact, the house in photo 6 showed 08:10:00 BEFORE I purchased the card!
I will report back tomorrow after I check these houses again.

Misreporting of silver enhancement Duration still exists in manors.
I do not know if this is specific to a particular manor or if this is a server-side issue or a bug in the client.
