Unlimited attacks
This seems like a bug.
I can attack something and stack what seems like an unlimited amount of attacks that land within a couple seconds of each other. I was able to stack 10 attacks where they all landed on the target in 2 second intervals so in a matter of 20 seconds, I landed and won 10 attacks.
This means I can steal a sub in a matter of seconds if the sub has defend turned off.
If defend in turned on, this can result in overlapping attacks.
