World boss stopped appearing

I think everyone on the game noticed this issue. Haven't seen any world bosses for almost a day now

During your world map challenges, you have chance to encounter World Boss(es). When you gain the option, you can choose either to Attack or Not Now (process later). If you tap Attack you'll enter the combat against the World Boss directly. If you tap "Not Now (process later)" instead, you'll need to manually reactivate it via Dailies (Activities List) > Activities (Daily Activities) > World Boss. However, please note that one World Boss appearance just lasts for 30 minutes. If you didn't combat it in time, it'll escape. The World Boss appearances are based on the system algorithm. If the current World Boss has escaped, you still have chance to encounter another one. By the way, players are blessed by Goddess Luck in their combats against World Bosses, so you won't suffer real troop losses.

i guess the updates changed the encountered rates from what I've seen. Before the 0.9.8 patch, the encounter chances were at %100. During the 0.9.8 patch, it seemed to never show up even after 50+ oasis hits. Now the 0.9.9, they have about a 10-20% chance of coming up.

Seems the boss appears at a VERY low rate now and it's nearly impossible to get 2 attacks on it since there are now more powerful players that are killing the boss faster.

Either give the boss more HP or make the boss appear more.

I'm fine with not seeing the boss every round, but when I can hit 20 things, and NOT ever see the boss, it's depressing.

World Boss only appears 1 out of 10 world map combats for me (about 10% of the time).

I'm getting maybe 5% of the time now.
