Synthesize Tab Screen Freezes

The screen freezes when I go into the process area, touch the synthesize tab, and then touch anything on the synthesize page. All of the buttons become unresponsive and the only way to restart is to perform a hard stop on the game and restart it. Simply closing it and repenting it returns it to the frozen screen.

I confirmed that I have the latest beta update.

I am running IOS 7.1.2 on an iPad with 128 GB memory. To simulate a reasonable load I have Haypi Adventure and Haypi Kingdom running in the background ( I figured the developers should be able to work those known loads). I tried to repeat this same process with nothing open in the background, and the screen still freezes (so it is not the background load).

Does your device get hot when playing the game?

Forum_acct, devices are supposed to get hot. I would be more concerned if it didn't get hot, which would mean the cooler isn't functioning properly, which would lead to overheating your device.

I'm also running it on an iPad, but it's been locking up on the ranking screen for me.

Synthesis freezes for me as well. But it was working in the beginning. Perhaps it broke with the update.

Some further clarification. I can reach the same screen from the forge and it does not freeze the screen. So the issue must be related to going I. Through the process path.
