Prestige Rank

I clicked on the rank tab and the individual prestige rank is not showing up. The alliance rank is but not the prestige...

I had this problem when I first began playing. I thought maybe it wasn't working but then I sat on the Prestige rankings for about 10 seconds and it began working. Since then I have had no problems with the rankings.

I would try waiting about 10-15 seconds to see if the rankings ever load. If they do not load I would then try to hard close the app. (Double tap Home-->swipe app up) then re-open it.

Left it for about a minute to load and tried restarting etc so must be very temperamental still
