Gold coins issue

    I went to the daily rewards earlier today and collected the basic gold pouch for the 5th day log in reward. When I got to my bag and used it, the coins didn't register at all :( . Is there any way this issue can be resolved?

Hi Flyrice,

Could you please tell me:
1. whether you've received any error messages from the system
2. if yes, what did the error message indicate
3. have you restarted the application and confirm again

    I don't remember seeing an error message shown after I used the coin pouch. I checked the mail box to see if anything came up too. Restarting the app didn't help either

Could you please specify the section where you claim the reward? Did you claim it via Bugle icon or money bag icon?
