Coins
The problem I see right now is that if you don't purchase coins, the game will not be very fun for the those players since the people with coins will be able to walk all over them and take all the fun out of the game for them.
There needs to be a better balance here that keeps the game fun and playable for people who don't use coins.
I realize that's how the game becomes profitable, but there are many people who just don't buy coins, and without them, the population of the game will suffer since they will just give up on playing all together when they realize they can't compete with someone who has coins. While you don't make a profit on someone who doesn't buy coins, you still want those players.
In regular Haypi kingdom, the balance wasn't bad. A non-coiner could still compete with a person using coins if they had a few days to build. This game puts the person with coins at a much higher advantage.
My suggestions are as follows.
Allow people to earn coins in the game through either daily activities or level upgrades, or both. (More than 5 coins...) Maybe a 20 coin daily task of some sort?
Adjust the amount of coins needed on some tasks. On the speedups there is a 5 hour speedup for 10 coins, or a 50 coin instant finish. There needs to be something in the middle there. Maybe a 20 coin 12 hour and a 30 coin 24 hour?
More points per 10 coin donation in the alliance. Maybe 500 points per 1 coin instead. Also, allow single coin donations.
Since we can't see the IAP yet, that needs to be something inline with the amount of coins this game consumes. This game has a LOT more that you can spend coins on than the original HK and the coins don't seem to go as far. The IAP coin purchases need to offer more coins than HK did.
Make sure that all the different kinds of speedup and warp cards, etc,, are in the daily lotto as well as another way to gain a few coins in addition to a daily task that allows you to earn coins.
Remove the coin requirement for War refuse. Maybe make it a Silver requirement so people that don't buy coins can still protect their buildings while they sleep and work.
Remove the coin requirement for upgrading your bags. There are a TON of items that go in your bags in this game. You run out of space fast. Charging coins for this doesn't make sense. Maybe make it a task as you level to gain bigger bags. Maybe every time you gain a new title, you get another page in your bags?
I'm sure there are more tweaks needed. But I just wanted to start off the conversation with this if anyone else wants to chime in on this topic.
