While I agree that this needs to be a difficult thing to pass, it seems to be a little too difficult for the kind of armor you receive.
What's the point in getting gear if you need awesome gear of that same level or higher to get that gear?
Example,
Easy = Gold armor. You need mostly rare gold armor or better to pass it anyway because that armor gives your heros the stats to be able to command enough troops with enough attack power to pass it.
Medium = Mithril armor. It seems you can't pass this unless you have full rare or higher mithril armor on your heros. (Epic heros seem required)
Suggestion.
Easy should be Mithril armor as a gift so it can help you pass the next level, etc..
OR....
Keep Easy the same and lower the enemy count in Medium to 1200. It goes from 600 of each enemy to 1500 of each enemy in medium. In order to pass that, I need gear that will allow me to command more troops and hit harder, and in order to get that, I need to be fully Rare mithril with enhancements or better.
I think someone fully in enhanced (3+) rare or better Gold gear should be able to pass Medium. Right now, that seems not possible.
