Hero skills

There are a couple Hero skills that really aren't needed, or maybe should be applied differently.

Leadership skill - This seems to only apply to the hero that has that skill, and not the whole attacking group. I think this skill should apply to the whole attacking group if a hero has it, or removed and just added to the normal leader stats for that hero.
Other stats with similar issues.
Attack power skill - Just up the attack power of that hero.
Defense - Just up the defense stat for that hero.
Marching speed - Add that to the speed of the hero.

I think these should apply to the whole attacking group, and not just the troops that hero is commanding. Otherwise, why not just increase the stats of the hero?

But that's exactly what they do, just by percentage. It's a way to specialize your heroes.

What I'm thinking is that instead of giving them an increase in a stat they already have, why not just make that part of their attributes, and give them a skill that is unique to that hero.

I'm saying, if the hero has lets say 100 leadership points, and has a skill that adds 10% leadership. Why not just make it 110 in the attributes and give a skill to that hero that wouldn't be shared across the attacking group. (Commanding cats, etc..)

I just think this would make the skills work better.

If you ever raided in WOW, you would know what I'm talking about with group buffs where everyone shares a buff because of certain players being in the group, and individual players still have their own as well.

I would say Leadership, ATK, DEF, and Speed should all be group buffs, or just tacked onto the heros individual stats.
