Declare War option

One of the best parts of a war game is going into battle against another alliance. It would be great if you could add a "Declare War" button option only controlled by the leader and possibly vice leaders. Thus, when both alliances select this option to go to war against one another, they would appear a different color on the world map. This would be considerably easier to find someone in the enemies alliance rather then selecting the users icon to view which alliance they are in.

Another suggestion would be to add a 3 color scheme towards other alliances.
for example:

Enemy Alliances: appear as Red
Friendly Alliances: appear as Green
Neutral Alliances: appear as white/gray

I like this idea.

I think I sent in an in-game feedback on this as well. Would love to see the 3-color idea where players in friendly alliances can't hit each other, but players at war or neutral can attack each other.

Maybe even take it a step farther and neutral alliances build up to war with each other the more they hit each other and at some point it goes from yellow to red, and can only get turned yellow or green if the leaders change it.
