Code 6500 indicates instable network connectivity. We've checked and confirmed the server performance during the period of time. Please switch off your WIFI/4G/5G connection, reconnect and then try again.

Nope guess again lol
It's doing the same again today.
I've restarted both devices and same result.

One account logs in fine, the other gets the error.

I'm getting this too, server 1 seems to be the problem.
I just checked server 3 and I can get into that fine.

I emailed support but seems they are on holiday for 7 days

No one can get on the game. To say you checked it and it's fine is just not true. It says network connectivity as the error, but I doubt that entire alliances are all having internet issues at the same time. This is definitely something on your end that needs to be fixed. Lots of people are really frustrated, a response saying your working on it would be much better.

I'm getting error 6500 and can't log into my game. I turned off my device and restarted it but still have the same error. I have no problems logging into my other games. Please fix or advise me on how to get past this problem.

I've been unable to log in for 6 hours now!! And 4 hours yesterday!! WTF is going on Haypi???? You have made plenty of money from Adventure!! Very disappointing and very unprofessional!!

Under maintenance now, we should all boycott the game for 24 hours!!
