I cannot login or the game is really slow

Since Monday, 11th of may, 2015 I have had many problems login to haypi kingdom, for example when I enter the app is really slow and keeps charging, I can control some things of my city but the game is still really slow, sometimes I can't even see the map or my alliance, I can't enter the chat also. Today it went to new limits, now I can't enter the game, I put my account and password and it says that I can't connect to game server, it is frustrating. What is happening to the game!
