I just bought coins in haypi lost tower .. But once I try in here it don't work

Ty for replays , I'm using ipad2 ios 7.1.1 , I don't know what u mean by server u mean in game? Didn't check

I'm not playing the game myself, but all the other games Haypi. Co made are using Servers, so I assume this one does as well.
Nevertheless, I think Support will be able to do something with this information.

There's probably an in-game button that lets you write a ticket to the Support. However, from my experiences, the Support on the Forum is faster than the support in-game.
Keep in mind that the game just got released, so I'm sure there are a lot of minor bugs being fixed. I would expect an update that gets rid of all the teething problems within a month.
Until then, lets hope Support can fix this for you!

I can't buy cold either. When I click to purchase a package the "earth" appears (showing that it is loading) and then nothing happens. Any advice?
