Alliance structure.

As the alliance membership structure is only ranked on donations. Officers, then vice leader and leader it feels very limited.
It would be much better if there were more options there. It is a pirate game, why is there no option to oppose another member for rank/position in the alliance. There could be an alliance vote to decide who is the leader, like a mutiny.. Or your could be able to battle them for position. In the Alliance tourney it has your defensive stats listed, why cant this sort of thing be done in the alliance memebership to give you a better look at what is going on in your alliance and who is at what stage in the game such as rankings in games listed..
