broken eggs/rewards

Your Fall reward's is not working. The eggs have not worked at all for 3 days since you started this activity reward. Also the Red Chests do NOT have any scrolls. Unhappy with these issues. The only thing working proper is the daily activity coins/ultimate rune gem.

I wrote in support, they responded that the standard problems, no one was. I am guilty

Support is currently on a 7-day vacation, so they won't be able to solve your problem right away.
They will be onto it at the beginning of next week!
