Posted literally the post above you. Is it that hard to understand that certain things can't be fixed with the push of a button?
I understand that you're annoyed because you haven't been able to play properly, but at least try to understand what you're demanding...

Looking into something isn't an answer. The only thing I care to read is why a game I've spent hundreds of dollars on continues not to work for 48 hours. I see a large number of new registers in last 24 hours so I'm not the only person annoyed at this nonsense. Either fix it or explain what's wrong and how long it will be down. Thanks!! consumers want answers not delays of not knowing.
