user still not existing

Its been almost one week and my account still says user not existing. I logged onto the forums easily but can't access my main account in game. I have the info written down so I know its not the caps and password. Also I have redownloaded the game many times.

Model is nexus 5. Version is 4.4.2 (Kit Kat)

In that case, I'll kindly direct you here, as this Forum is for the iOS version of Haypi Monster.

I don't know if it'll be any different as Support reads this Bug section as well, but I guess posting it in the right section never hurts :mrgreen:!

Hi rekless,

You are in s3202, Monster Wartune client version. Please note that Monster Wartune and Haypi Monster are two different applications and they are not crossed. There's no accessibility issues with your account. Please make sure you've logged in the correct client version and try again.
