I'm playing on android phone and today I sent monster to my friend, who had just started playing. He uses iPad mini. I couldn't make a mistake in nickname, because he was in my friend list. But he doesn't receive anything. And when Im trying to sent him a letter I have a notification that user doesn't exist.
What should I do?

Hi there,

We're sorry to inform you that iOS servers and android servers cannot cross. You cannot befriend/mail/player/combat against...etc. an iOS user in an android server and vice versa. These were determined by the iOS and android texture and OS difference.
