Addressing the Easter Activities Errors

Dear Monster Trainers,

Thank you for your participation and support for Easter activities. Regretfully, there were errors on claiming Easter login rewards, egg-cracking odds, and the special guests. And the servers affected are: 1, 51, 101, 151, 201, venide servers 251, 301, 351, 401, 451.

We've done a thorough server check and troubleshot the errors. Now the above errors have been corrected (Please note that although Easter login rewards error has been corrected, it still can't be claimed until tomorrow).

We'll work out a compensation resolution this Monday to address your problems on:
1) unclaimed Easter login reward(s) on Apr. 19th and Apr. 20th.
2) what you've spent on egg-cracking during the error period.

Please be patient and we'll keep you posted for more news.

Take note that many players spent over 1000 + coins, i know you can see the logs, and it could take a lot of time to chek it all. So i advise in name of all players that you post a info on game on a topic so players can send you they info on about how much they spent on egg cracking, so you can refound them, and in order to please all others fairly compensate everyone with 1x 11 egg cacking amount of Gold coin.

I think is fair and as resoult you would make players happy.

Dont make ppl more frustrated then they are. Your coins aint cheap!

i've already cracked 11 eggs and woud love to get my epics or at least another shot to get them. so i hope tomorrow conpensation will make the both side happy.

And i spend 10 card for eggs + a nother 5 éggs at 49 Gold coins and nothing

I am curious as to whether I was affected. I am on server 101007.

I have probably invested in over 11 Magic egg cards and spent 49 coins on a lucky egg card. This is a very disappointing thing to read:/ Had I known this was the issue i would have spent my boss essences and coins on something else to help me further my game and level instead.
