Pal bugs/ questions

Hello haypi,

A few things. First, I invited my pal 18447276208 to the game and he entered my code, I gifted him a monster and everything went fine, when we were both around level 29 I noticed that we couldn't give energy or do each other's boss raid and we disappeared from each other's pal list all together, I'm confused why. And second I am having trouble inviting other pals to the game, I don't see a prompt pop up when they create accounts and none of us can figure out where to enter my pal code.

Please take time to look into this and respond.

proto asked support and they replied with "it will be down for maintenance" or something like that until sometime im pretty sure in January. So it wasnt a bug, it just was not useable

hmm I also contacted them about this like a few weeks ago, and my alt's pal isnt working to this day, so im not sure if its maintenence...
