Voldemort talent bug

The electric legendary Voldemort which is available only by taming has a bug with its legendary talent raid,the talent says that it tends to crit in stormy weather. However, critical chance is no higher when it's raining then when it is not and it buffs matk instead. I was the first person in the game to obtain Voldemort and of now I have a bronze one (5600 gold coins I think) and I am beyond upset that literal hundred of dollars went towards this monster which is not correctly working. It also concerns me that the glitch has been known for such a long time but you have not made any effort to fix it.
Please find time to make this simple fix it will help the gameplay experience a lot.
