Purchase coin but didn't receive coins

and then there's no coin received, but the money is deducted.

A confirmation letter (aka. receipt) should be sent on each successful purchase. Please have the id owner contact mltsupport@haypi.com with his/her registry email address with a detailed description of the purchase issue and attach the receipt from Apple to us.
