Bug on coin purchasing

Bug on coin purchasing

To Support,

I was sending a lot of messages in support but i got no replies received. Please help me! Last week, I bought coins in lost tower, under league, a bag of coins, but i didnt received any coins, when i tried to buy again, it always says "ITEM WAS BOUGHT, ITEM WILL BE RESTORED". I waited and waited but nothing happened. I also got my invoice from apple that i did purchase that $4.99. I was planning on buying more, but please let me have my coins and fix this bug 1st.

Hi there,

We've checked your logs. There wasn't any purchases on the $4.99 package found in the past 2 weeks.

We are afraid that your purchase didn't proceed successfully. Please contact Apple iTunes Support and have your purchase refunded and try again.

Hi there,

The purchase didn't proceed successfully on our side. It might have been caused by an abnormal sync error in the communication between Apple and our server. So, please refund from iTunes and purchase again. The following are a couple of suggestions just FYR:
1. login your accounts one by one and see whether any of your account would receive the $4.99 package
2. Skip the $4.99 option and try to purchase other package(s)
3. Switch to another Apple ID and try again
4. Contact Apple for further suggestions
