I am vice captain in guild "JustForFun". 3 days i can't open the quest and upgrade the Guild level. writes an error "Insufficient permissions". I also tried to write the captain Nick2012 a letter, but sending fails with error "user does not exist". Do something, fix it.

Hello.
I know this issue.
Only the captain of a league can upgrade the league and start a rift quest.
Also,
there's this bug where only people in the same floor can mail each other. Hope it gets fixed soon.
