Hi,
What kind of pop-up message did you get when you purchased coins? If "You have purchased ..... will be restored for free?" Please contact Apple to get refund if your money has been deducted.
If you would like to purchase coin packages again please pay attention to the following:
1. Try purchasing the same package through your new Apple ID.
2. You can also try purchasing other types of coin package.
For example, if you would like to purchase a $99.99 package but you were stuck in the above step, you can also try purchasing two $49.99 coin packages and after you successfully purchased them please contact us ASAP, we'll add the corresponding (1600-2*750=100) coins to you.Thanks!
